What is Your Refund Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 3 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. All returned items should be in original condition, If 3 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 There are certain situations where a refund is granted if applicable:

  • A compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • To apply for a return one should have the invoice with them. Without invoice or receipt returns will not be accepted.
  • Return will be accepted for the only damaged and wrong product delivered.
  • Replacements will be accepted for missing parts of the accessories or different products received.

When are refunds issued?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method of payment within 7- 14 business days.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
